Скелет самого крупного в истории динозавра найден в Аргентине

Находку совершил местный фермер. Исходя из размеров бедренной кости динозавра, его длина достигала 40 метров, а рост животного составлял 20 метров, что сравнимо с высотой семиэтажного здания. Вес самого крупного динозавра предположительно достигал 77 тонн, что равняется 14 слонам.

По мнению ученых, найденные окаменелости относятся к новому виду титанозавра - травоядных ящеров, живших на исходе мелового периода, сообщает Dailymail.

Палеонтологи обнаружили в земле фрагменты скелетов семи динозавров, в общей сложности около 150 костей. Специалисты отмечают, что окаменелости прекрасно сохранились.

«Учитывая размер этих костей, которые не имеют аналогов среди известных ранее крупных животных, обнаруженный динозавр является самым крупным из известных ранее животных, когда-либо ходивших по Земле», - рассказывают ученые.

Судя по окаменелостям, травоядный динозавр-гигант обитал в лесах Патагонии 95-100 млн лет назад.

    Чудеса! Казалось бы, что невозможно представить себе животное крупнее Диплодока. Но, нате вам! Нашли ещё больше! Как мало мы ещё знаем об истории Земли.

    Размер этого организма (если эти окаменелые кости не фейк, изготовленный местными умельцами в сарае и закопанный пять лет назад в землю) свидетельствует о том, что сила притяжения на Земле в то время была на порядок меньше. Значит Нютон открыл частный случай Закона Всемирного Тяготения. А в общем виде гравитационная постоянная в его формуле является переменной. Она изменяется в зависимости от положения как Солнечной системы в Галактике Млечный Путь, так и положения Этой галактики относительно других галактик. Но, скорее всего - фейк.

    а ведь и вправду, почему раньше жили существа столь огромного роста? а теперь все измельчали? может быть действительно сила притяжения была иной?!
